In October of 2000, HI embarked upon what will become one of the most important events in the history of our community - the Master Planning process for Hazelwood, the vacant LTV Coke Plant site, and Junction Hollow in Oakland.
The Master Plan was presented to the community in October, 2002. The new owners of the LTV site, a consortium of foundations known as ALMONO, have utilized our Master Plan for the development ideas for their site. Click here for or more information regarding the Master Plan
